We use this information to create and manage your account, process and manage fuel delivery orders, communicate order status and service notifications, provide customer support, maintain service records, prevent misuse, and operate and improve the Fuel On Call service.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers or personnel where reasonably necessary to operate the service, fulfil deliveries, host or maintain the application, send service notifications, comply with law, or protect users and the service. Such access is limited to the relevant purpose.

Notifications

The app may send service-related notifications, including order confirmation, rejection, delivery status and other important service updates. If push notification services such as Firebase Cloud Messaging are used, technical information needed to deliver notifications may be processed by the relevant service provider.

Payments

The current service supports Cash on Delivery. Fuel On Call does not collect or store payment card or online banking credentials through the app for Cash on Delivery orders.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information, including secure HTTPS communication and restricted access to application data. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. Users may request deletion of their Fuel On Call account and associated personal data by contacting us using the details below.
